About EMISMUN

Welcome to the fourth annual EMISMUN. This event will take place on EMIS campus HaKfar Hayrok, Ramat Hasharon, Tel Aviv from January 21st to the 22nd.

At EMIS, our mission is to educate and inspire future leaders who are committed to knowledge, integrity, and peace. Our school brings together students from across the globe, fostering dialogue and cooperation between cultures and communities. For years, EMIS students have been actively participating in MUN conferences worldwide, and we are proud to once again host an engaging and thought-provoking event.
The fourth annual EMISMUN will gather students from the diverse communities of Israel and abroad, creating a space to debate pressing international and regional issues. Participants will have the opportunity to sharpen their research and public speaking skills, develop confidence in diplomacy, and practice English in a dynamic, real-world context.

We warmly invite delegates from Grades 10–12, along with their advisors, to EMISMUN 2025. Whether you are new to MUN or an experienced delegate, there is a place for you at our conference. Delegates are encouraged to submit a position paper and prepare draft clauses that contribute to meaningful committee discussions.

This year’s theme is: “Hope Beyond Borders: Cultivating Unity in Times of Division.”
We look forward to welcoming you to our campus at HaKfar HaYarok, Ramat HaSharon, Tel Aviv, on January 21st–22nd, 2025, for a meaningful and memorable experience.

Meet Our Leaders

Ali Abu Seif

Secretary-General

My Model United Nations journey has been a profound one, transforming a simple curiosity into a deep passion for diplomacy and global cooperation. Each conference has offered new insights, teaching me not only how to negotiate, but also how to listen and build connections. This experience has truly shaped my worldview and sharpened my skills.

Now, as the Secretary-General of EMISMUN2026, I am honored to create the finest version of our conference yet. My goal is to build a platform where every voice can be heard and every idea has the chance to create change. I hope you find this conference to be as enriching and memorable as my journey has been.

Model United Nations has been a defining part of my academic journey, opening my eyes to the complexities of global issues and the power of dialogue. Each conference has sharpened my skills in preparation, critical thinking, and collaboration, shaping how I approach challenges both in and beyond debate.

As the Under-Secretary-General of EMISMUN2026, I am dedicated to creating a conference where delegates engage in meaningful discussions and push their capabilities. I hope this experience inspires participants to think globally, act responsibly, and carry forward the impact of MUN long after the conference ends.

Engaging in Model United Nations (MUN) is a transformative experience that goes far beyond a typical classroom setting. It's an immersive platform where I've honed a range of skills crucial for both academic and personal growth.

The process begins with extensive research into complex global issues. For each conference, I've delved into topics like climate change, global health crises, or geopolitical conflicts, which requires me to not only understand the problem but also grasp the specific policies, historical context, and national interests of the country I'm representing. This in-depth research has taught me to synthesize vast amounts of information, identify key arguments, and develop a comprehensive understanding of multifaceted challenges.
